Disliked: Room had a leak out to the shower through the glass which soaked anything you took in and had to mop floor with towels and remote didn't work to tv other than that everything was great

3rd stay would recommend.

Liked: Breakfast and food is lovely no complaints. Room is good size towels changed daily very comfortable bed.

It was a nice stay...

Liked: It was in a quite and nice part of Lytham.A Very good location for us between Blackpool and St Anne’s.The beds were so comfortable we all had a very good nights sleep - bedding was so fresh and clean aided us in having a good sleep.Friendliness of the staff they were both so very pleasant. Bar area was very clean and well maintained a good size -looked small from the outside.
Disliked: Big downside for us .There were only 2 disabled parking spaces- in what we thought was a big enough car park which was very empty.We had to park a way from entrance as no disabled parking left -mum did struggle with that .Breakfast bit pricey for full English.Lots of cobwebs above the bed-which my daughter spotted at 11pm , not the best thing to see at bed time .Toilet hadn’t been flushed properly.Radiator in bathroom was piping hot-burnt my knee as a sat on toilet .

Liked: The welcome tray was well stocked with biscuits, tea, and coffee. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and thw room was very clean.
Disliked: Metal stairs outside our room window, very noisy with whom I assume were staff using them. Also, we were by the skips which were emptied not long after 6 30am. Luckily, we're early risers. Rooms are a little dated but better than expected from the photos.

Perfect start to my weeks...

Liked: This hotel was excellent room was comfortable and very clean I booked a dog friendly stay and it was perfect for my needs and the location was very central for me as I was visiting family. The staff were really friendly and helpful
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at the Birley Arms Hotel. The room was comfortable and the breakfast and evening meals we had were excellent. All the staff were helpful. We would certainly visit again.
