Liked: Nothing,, not a great experience for me and family
Disliked: My daughter asked for an extra bed and unfortunately there was bed bugs At the check inn the hotel staff was not really helpful,, my room was assigned and ready since the day before no one was staying in it still they didn’t allow me to get into the room only after the check in time ,, I asked them to pay more to go to the assigned room that was blocked for me and no one was in it but they didn’t accept although I told them that me and my family reached the UK in an early flight and the room was ready but didn’t let us to go in only after 2 pm !!!

Liked: Staff very welcoming and very willing to help.
Disliked: We had a frustrating start to our stay. Our room was available early, which was great. However, we needed access to our luggage immediately. The porters had taken our luggage and then it couldn't be located. It took over 30 mins to get to us and we were late for our lunch booking. Staff were very apologetic but it was very frustrating. We also were woken up at 6am by an erroneous wake up call.

We had a nice stay.

Liked: The staff are very good and are all well trained.
Disliked: We found many of the other hotel guests to be unfriendly.
