Disliked: This hotel has a good location and clean rooms.That’s about it.An overwhelming majority of the staff are inpolite at best and flat out rude at worst.As someone who has had long stays in dozens of household names hotels around the world for nearly two decades now, this hotel’s staff was the least professional I have experienced.You can tell from the very first moment, the behaved passive aggressively towards us when we requested connected rooms a month in advance. Additionally, the bathroom in one of their rooms was so badly built that every single time anyone took a shower in it - it would flood the entire room all the way up to the couches and bed. Our expensive clothes were soaked through with drainage water, and they were extremely rude when we asked them to have them cleaned for us and kept them soaked in drainage water overnight. The smell still clung to the clothes when they were returned.The hotel refused to change our rooms, citing their full occupancy (it wasn’t full occupancy, we checked online) - for multiple days until we sent an email citing English customer protection laws afterwhich our rooms were changed the same day.Their cafe downstairs takes 20-25 minutes for a simple coffee order - because it is severely understaffed. Other than that, the rooms are tiny and nothing special.All in all, its a motel wearing a gucci belt.
