Very good

Liked: The location is very good. It is very close to the metro and shopping centers by walking. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive.
Disliked: At around 02:00 at night, work started on the road in front of our room. We waited thinking it would be short but after about an hour I called the reception and told them we couldn't sleep. Even though we stayed in one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, we couldn't sleep that night and no one stopped the work until I called. The noise stopped after I called. If such work was going to be done on the road beforehand, we should have been informed when we checked in. If it was due to an emergency, I would have expected the hotel management to offer us a different option since we would be uncomfortable.

A flawless stay

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at The Biltmore Hotel. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Smooth, seamless, and truly enjoyable. The staff was exceptional throughout, consistently kind, professional, and helpful, which made all the difference. A special shout-out to Paul, the doorman, whose warm welcome and attentive service stood out and added a personal touch to my experience.
Disliked: I genuinely have nothing negative to say. I look forward to returning and would gladly choose The Biltmore again for my next visit to London. Highly recommended.
