Very nice hotel on Grovesnor...

Liked: Large hotel, “entry level” 5*, yet super nice, large spaces
Disliked: Impossible to get even a tea before 7am, personnel sometimes a bit rude

Perfect place in London

Liked: Wonderfully renewed room, spacious and with all the amenities, a lot of water , nespresso machine and everything you could need in the toilet ! Good breakfast and very friendly staff . Great location !

Disliked: The staff honesty and the suspicious activities done to visas and credit cards , money was taken from my sisters card without authorization And not declared by the hotel
