Liked: Staff were wonderful, dinner in the Asian restaurant was excellent, we had a wonderful stay
Disliked: One more sitting chair in the room would have been nice

Liked: its really beautiful, a lot of old world style and elegance. It was a short trip, so I didn't get to fully explore, but will definitely book again just to check out the pool :)

Disliked: Terrible Experience – Do Not RecommendI stayed at the Biltmore Los Angeles for two nights and was extremely disappointed. The room was very old, with peeling plaster in the bathroom, dirty carpet, and poor ventilation that barely worked. It felt completely neglected.The worst part was the bar. I ordered one bottle of Corona and was charged $104.99 — an outrageous and unjustifiable price. When I tried to resolve the issue, the front desk sent me to the bar, and the bar sent me back to the front desk. No one wanted to take responsibility or help.Overall, this hotel is living off its old name and reputation, but the service, cleanliness, and honesty are far below acceptable standards. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
