Great value & comfortable stay!

Liked: Location to Paddington Station and how quiet it was. The internet was pretty good. My room was -1, under the main floor. I bought a kettle to have tea and coffee when in the room. I left it for them to have. There was a fan to push the air around. Without the fan, it was stuffy and smelled a tiny bit moldy. I did sleep well. Nice water pressure for a great shower and the room was cleaned daily. The staff was exceptional!! Thank you so much.
Disliked: Lack of kettle and that the room was a little stuffy

Liked: Room was comfortable. Location perfect. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Having tea and coffee in the room would be nice, but a small factor as it was available downstairs.

Exceptional

Liked: Only a few minutes from Paddington Station and around the corner from Hop on Hop off tour busses. Small rooms (no elevator) but perfect for a one night stay.
Disliked: We couldn't complain about anything. Very helpful staff.

Beverly Hotel

Liked: Excellent location for Hyde Park events. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Within walking distance of the tube.There was a fan provided for the room. Also, a fridge in the room. The rooms are basic but clean. Good value for the price.The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were small. There are no tea making facilities in the room ( there is free tea/ coffee making facilities in the lobby)..

A furnace without AC in...

Liked: Staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculately clean. Great location too.
Disliked: The room was baking hot. It was unbearable. There is no AC and no ventilation even with the window open. The cleaner also kept closing the window when we were out. The staff did their best and provided us with three fans but they just moved the hot air around. It would be great in winter but in the summer it’s a death sentence.
