Liked: Hotel is in a prime location making it ideal to travel into the heart of the city via all public transport and within walking distance to any events being held in Hyde Park. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff extremely helpful. If you want palatial then this is not the hotel for you but if you want this to be just a base for exploring London then this hotel is value for money and I highly recommend it.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like is the noise made by early risers.( 5/6 in the morning) . No consideration for other guests

We had a great stay....

Liked: Location is excellent! This is a clean and comfortable and great value for money 2 star hotel.
Disliked: The stairs but luckily we were on the 2 nd floor and my husband carried the luggage. The bathroom grouting also needs replaced.

Superb

Liked: A few blocks from beautiful Hyde Park, around the corner from a To-ot hop on and off bus stop, plenty of restaraunts and cafes in the area, a stone throw away from Paddington Station and the Underground Subway, and the room was serviced daily.

Liked: Great location for Hyde Park and Paddington station. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Basement single room, tiny and smells of damp. Carpet also ripped and dirty in places. No security in the hotel with anyone gaining access to the building albeit maybe not the rooms. Totally over priced around £160 per night room only.
