Disliked: Stairs was incredibly steep! Especially when key card didn't work so I had to walk all the way down and back up againWhen showering the water turned freezing half way through And our window wouldn't shut.

Clean and comfortable, close to...

Liked: This hotel is conveniently located to the bus line, tube, Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Our room 504 was on the ground floor. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was very small but clean. Shower water pressure was good and we had hot water, although we had to wait about 5-10 minutes for it to get hot in the morning. Would stay here again.
Disliked: The stairs that we could see were very narrow and look like they would be difficult to navigate with suitcases but we did not have to do that.

Great location, Meets expectations.

Liked: Great location and friendly staff. Check in was easy.
Disliked: The bathroom was very dated, and the beds could use replacing. But it was comfortable enough.

Unhappy with

Liked: The owner/manager offered us water bottles during check-in that is really appreciated.
Disliked: After checkout we came to know that we missed some stuff in the room. We did called and they mentioned nothing found that really not acceptable. No way it can be anywhere it was in room.
