Stunning hospitality experience throughout.

Liked: From start to finish this modern hotelexudes quality and excellence of the highest order.From drawing up in a taxi to a swift and efficient check-in and being escorted to my room everything was seamless. I was given a very generous room upgrade. Staff swiftly attended with my luggage and room service arrived simultaneously with “amenities” acknowledging my birthday and I was offered a lovely coffee and additional water. The lady who delivered these was delightful, funny and informative. Unfortunately I did not get her name (#630 on 28.7.25)I spent time exploring all my room facilities. They were stunning and I was extremely impressed. Best bathroom ever!The view from the rooftop pool area over Hyde Park and Knightsbridge is stunning.I enjoyed a peaceful light lunch and cocktail at the ground floor bar. Here I experienced swift and discreet service on a quiet side street terrace with neighbouring church bells sounding every 15 minutes. Very relaxing.There was extensive work ongoing on in the front lobby but this in no way impaired my overall experience here although reception and concierge areas were compromised.In the evening I had dinner at the new “La Môme”. This is a very lively and buzzing new addition at The Berkeley with a mid-20th century smart jazzy nightclub feel and a Côte d’Azur vibe. Staff are energetic and enthusiastic, so keen to please and ensure you’re having a great time. Service is swift, discreet and efficient. Food and drinks were all lovely from start to finish. Fantastic live music really made this evening truly special. Staff made my birthday feel very special!Room service breakfast was prompt, very special and really generous.Shout out to Mohamed at the front door, who made arrival with luggage welcoming and departure swift and easy. Truly great service!In short: everything at The Berkeley is really “on point”. I’d give it a 7 star rating with a score of 20/10.

Majorly disappointing

Liked: Got my room after 1 hour 50 mins whereas check in time was 3.00 , room cleanliness service poor hair in shower area sink water blocked shower handle leaking it was majorly dissatisfied and disappointed, we have tried to speak to the manger , I’m wanting a full refund as loss of time , breach of cleanliness service at least expected the highest standard and reputation that the Berkeley holds super super disappointing !!!:(

Nice facilities but won’t be...

Liked: Rooftop pool Comfy bed Complimentary soft drinks in room Lots of complimentary water
Disliked: Check in desk / reception is chaotic lots of staff and people / families stood around the walkway. Staff talking loudly to each other in conversations not work related. Furniture is too big for the rooms, nowhere to comfortably open up your suitcases. A menu in the room for the coffee pod flavours would be helpful, I had to call up and ask as I drink decaf. No welcome note or personal touches in the room.
