The Benson Portland Curio Collection by Hilton

Very disappointed, but it was partially my fault for not complaining and moving rooms.

Liked: The lobby was pretty and the underground tunnel from the parking lot was pretty neat even though it's closed at 7pm.
Disliked: Bed was hard; the room service paper on the bed still had information the person before us had written on it. The heater in the room did not work so the fan just pushed out cold air - wanted to complain but did not want to pack up and move rooms at 3am. The shower did not turn on all the way so the pressure sucked. And to top it off the view was an alley and another building - was disappointed as this was supposed to be a really nice hotel for the high price. Also we were never even given a passward to the wifi and never told about any accommodation they had.

Liked: Great location and service. Gorgeous building.
Disliked: Constant noise from outside. Kept TV on all night to cover it up.

Liked: Everything was phenomenal except one thing.
Disliked: The view from the room was NOT good. The view was the kitchen exhaust system and large ugly vents, and the back end of the hotel. No sky, plant life, or anything pleasant.I shut the curtains for three days. I should have expected something like this with booking.com. The hotel told me that booking with a third party, the rooms are on the lower end of the hotel.

Disliked: No keurig in room. No robes in room. Had to ask for another chair in room which should have had a small couch.
