Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that upon check out, I was asked by the front desk if I would like to add another 10% to the bill as a tip for the staff. This was obviously a directive by management but quite frankly, I found it offensive. First of all, I would expect management to pay their staff at such an establishment appropriately. Secondly, if i want to top staff, that is a personal thing which i prefer to do directly with the staff and not to be put in the spot by a management directive.

Another fabulous stay at the...

Liked: We love everything about this hotel. This was our 2nd stay, with our 1st last Christmas) and it was just as magnificent. It was my husbands 70th birthday and the staff made such an effort for him. Was a really lovely stay. Staff were exceptional, food delicious and room was charming. Travelling to London again in a couple of months and will only stay at the Beaumont.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing...
