Lovely relaxing break !

Liked: Friendly staff , lovely communal areas , spa and pool . Comfy beds , great breakfast !
Disliked: A little more attention to cleaning, room was very dusty . Also very hot , maybe a fan in the room would be nice addition .

Comfortable stay and tasty breakfast

Liked: Small but clean rooms, friendly staff and a really tasty breakfast.
Disliked: The pool could have been cleaner. Hotel is situated next to an abandoned Pontins holiday park so a bit of a strange area. Expensive for the size of room.

Disappointing Stay – Not the...

Disliked: I had booked four nights at this hotel hoping for a relaxing and peaceful break, but unfortunately, my experience was far from that.The swimming pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, but it was extremely difficult to use. At almost all times of the day, it was overrun with unsupervised children and adults jumping, diving, and racing up and down the pool. This made it impossible to enjoy a quiet swim or relax by the water, and there didn’t seem to be any staff around to manage the situation or enforce any poolside etiquette.To make matters worse, the guests in the room next to mine were incredibly disruptive. They spent hours during the night slamming doors and running around the corridors, making it very difficult to get any sleep. I reported the issue, and while I was offered the option to move rooms, the new room was significantly smaller and unfortunately located in a corridor directly above the disco. The noise from the DJ continued late into the night, and once again, other guests were slamming doors and making noise until the early hours of the morning.Overall, while the hotel itself may have potential, the lack of proper management and enforcement of basic guest conduct seriously affected my stay. It’s not a place I would recommend for anyone seeking peace, quiet, or rest.

A nice relaxing stay, waking...

Liked: Great amenities, beachfront location, lovely sea view room, nice restaurant. All the staff were great.
Disliked: It backs onto the closed Pontins which is an eyesore. There wasn’t a blackout blind on both windows and the curtains didn’t fit the window, so light pollution was a problem in the morning. The toilet in room 216 has been installed too close to the wall so it was uncomfortable to use when you are a larger person. Rusty nails on the handrail in the shower and limescale needs cleaning from the corners of the shower.

Nice 2nd stay but had...

Liked: Location is great, right on the beach and easy to find. Breakfast was lovely quick service pleasant staff.Had the pool and jacuzzi to myself for a short time which was blissful.Love the sun terrace and restaurant, always good food in there.
Disliked: Lot of door slamming until 11.45pm. My room was a seaview which was lovely, unfortunately this meant that every time someone used the jacuzzi I could hear the rumble of the jets. I went to my room to relax at 7pm and as the pool is open until 9pm it was quite noisy. Remote for the TV didn't work, as I had my pyjamas on I tried to ring reception but got constant engaged tone. Luckily I had my tablet with me so watched that. I had tried to contact the hotel before my visit using their form but didn't get a response.
