Be careful about which building...

Liked: Staff were pleasant and courteous. Beachfront locale and surrounding shops and restaurants were great.
Disliked: The room we were assigned in the west building was over a bar/restaurant which was noisy. Even worse it was on a busy street which was a hangout for rowdy partiers and loud motorcycles and muscle cars. The din continued well into the early morning hours-past 2am. Because the units don't have a/c we had to leave the door open at night. Our friends stayed in the south building and had a full view of the ocean, no auto traffic and it was quiet and peaceful.

Does the job! Great location...

Liked: Did the job! Fantastic location next to the beach and walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. Had a mini kitchenette with fridge so very convenient. Not the cleanest with lots of hair on the floor in the room but likely just needed a sweep. Felt like we couldnt take our shoes off as hair would be stuck to our feet
Disliked: Can be loud in the late evenings and early mornings but again as expected with this location.

Our stay was very relaxing...

Liked: The proximity to the beach and surrounding restaurants and shops is fabulous!
Disliked: The noise from the restaurant downstairs but it was mentioned in other reviews so we knew going in. It wasn’t terrible.

Very good

Liked: We were in the heart of everything. Plenty of people watching and the beach was steps away.
Disliked: I would have liked to known that the view was obstructed when we booked the room. We were in the North tower and had a building in front of our room. Just be clearer what the view looks like.

The Beach Cottages are a...

Liked: Great location. Accommodating for large groups. Ability to use the facility for BBQs and gathering together. Helpful, friendly service staff. Reasonable parking rates
Disliked: The communication about parking could be better. It was unclear as to whether I was charged for 4 cars daily ( 4 rooms) when we only had 3 cars. Some of the front desk staff were more friendly and helpful than others, but overall, everyone seemed to want guests to enjoy their stays.
