Liked: All of the staff was amazing, especially Jennifer at Trellis! The bars onsite were fun. It was in a great location.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great!

My stay was nice but...

Liked: Breakfast was very disappointing. The cook burned my fried eggs, the potatoes were dried out, and the grits were soupy. In a nutshell, it was a horrible experience. I have stayed at many hotels, and that breakfast was the worst.
Disliked: To improve, I suggest:1. **Quality Control**: Ensure eggs are cooked to the correct doneness. 2. **Freshness**: Serve freshly cooked potatoes, so they aren't dried out.3. **Consistency**: Prepare the grits to be the right texture—not too soupy.

Liked: We love the Battlehouse! Beautiful old hotel. There is also a new section. However, we prefer the older part.Great breakfast for club level. Staff are super.

Disliked: I didn't like how I was lied to by Dalton, manager, saying there were no vacancies so he didn't have to honor my previous reservation through booking.com. Then when I went to look online I found there were vacancies so I had to book a new room through hotels.com. After I was told there were nothing available for this weekend.
