Was a nice stay just...

Liked: Nice hotel and good price.
Disliked: I am dyslexic and not great with numbers. I accidentally gave the wrong room number when going for breakfast only for a male member of staff to come over whilst me and my wife were eating announcing I haven’t paid and haven’t paid a deposit either alt reception and he had been to check. Constantly talking over me whilst I was eating contradictory everything I was saying as I knew we had breakfast and I paid a deposit. I checked with another lady and I had the room wrong so I corrected it with her and sorted it. This make then followed me and my wife out the restaurant and to reception like we had robbed something which we then had to show him again that it was all paid for. The professional manner from him was terrible and the miscommunication is daft aswell
