Liked: All staff were very polite and friendly. Great location in London, with good transport links. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nearby off-site parking at Marbicam Centre which is reasonably priced for the area. It is inside the congestion and ULEZ zone.

Disliked: Air conditioning unit was a bit loud whilst trying to sleep

Liked: Everything was good, however we lived in a separate building, so in order to visit reception, breakfast, fitness room... we had to cross the street. It was not convenient or comfortable.
Disliked: When we came for breakfast on Sunday there was a queue and when we finally got invited, we could not find a free table for two persons and had to join strangers until one of the neighbouring tables got free. The fitness room could be bigger and beter equipped.

Liked: Very nice hotel in great location, our room was spacious with lovely bedroom and very comfy bed. Lots of bars, cafes and places to eat around. Lovely breakfast, nice coffee and juice! Good selection and some extras like smoked salmon. Staff was nice and helpful to assist with any requirements, we will be back!
