Liked: Location was good and nice looking building
Disliked: I specifically booked the property because of its location and paid more for the booking because it had air con. I am a menopausal woman and it was a heatwave weekend. The air con didn’t work. And the bed was lumpy and gave me a bad back and stiff joints. And the quilt was far too warm tog wise for a heatwave. I barely slept. Really disappointed.

Disliked: My room was in a different building To have breakfast you need to cross the road. The room is small and the bathroom even smaller.Sorry but the ratio cost/quality is bad The room was paid in advance and they held an additional amount to be realised at check out.

Liked: All staff were very polite and friendly. Great location in London, with good transport links. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nearby off-site parking at Marbicam Centre which is reasonably priced for the area. It is inside the congestion and ULEZ zone.
