Disappointed with the lack of...

Liked: Buffet breakfast was cold, but tasty. Staff were very friendly. Bar area was nice, and delicious cocktails!
Disliked: We had to change hotels, to a sister hotel as our room had maintenance issues, new hotel weren't fully informed and we're unaware that we had extended our stay to 2 nights several weeks before. It took over an hour to check in and we had already been delayed getting to London. As we had been moved hotels we thought we may get a nice room, but ended up in a disabled room, which was fine but the facilities were not great and indeed, me being a nurse, I was shocked by the lack of accessibility if I had been actually disabled. Toilet had the sink directly in front, wet room had a lethal floor when wet and no dressing table with a vanity mirror in the main room.

Great location, with great staff....

Liked: The staff and location were great, the staff went above and beyond.
Disliked: The property is outdated, unclean and scruffy. Lacks sockets, TVs are old and incredibly unclean. Yellow stain on the bed, marks in the shower, wall hooks hanging off, nail facing upwards on the floor.

Excellent - fulfilled expectations and...

Liked: Early check in was much appreciated. Room was large and comfortable and very quiet considering this is in central London.
Disliked: Night lights in the room couldn't be turned off which wasn't great
