Comfortable stay for the price...

Liked: The staff was friendly and very helpful
Disliked: The property or at least the room I was in can use a bit of an upgrade. The beautiful building is old and feels that way a little in the room. The bathroom can use a bit of an upgrade. Also I always recommend removing or replacing any furniture with stains. It’s never a good look have a chair or blanket with a stain on it. Doesn’t feel clean.

A very pleasant stay.

Liked: The room was spacious and nicely decorated. It was lovely and bright and the bed was very comfy. Everything was clean and the bathroom was big enough, with a bath and shower and plenty of hot water.
Disliked: Not really much of an issue, but the reception was across the road and there didn't seem to be any staff around in the section where my room was. However, the front door was secure and could only be accessed using the room key, so I wasn't concerned about security.

Amazing value for money

Liked: Nice, comfortable and big rooms. Everybody was extremely nice and friendly. The rooms are fully equipped with anything that is needed and the bathrooms are huge as well. We also got a free upgrade.

Liked: Really friendly staff, great room size and location. Really comfortable bed and great in room facilities, lovely selection of teas and biscuits and fresh water given each day. The safe was also a great size and fitted all of our valuables
Disliked: Some parts of the room were outdated, for example the TV and some furniture was worn/marked. A few dusty patches of the room
