Perfect stay

Liked: We had an amazing stay here. Easy check-in procedure. Very beautiful and comfortable room ! Loved how quiet the location was. Subway station is only a max 10 min walk away.

Disliked: There was no wifi

Liked: It was very affordable for a quick stay. We were in PEC for a concert and needed simple accommodations that didn't require a 2-night stay or anything too high end.
Disliked: I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like! If I could make any recommendations I would suggest replacing some of the sinks in the washrooms and maybe opting for a bit of an update. Otherwise it was perfect for its purpose and I'll stay there again for certain.

Liked: Peaceful location, no rush.
Disliked: In the middle of September It feels deserted. You can easily miss the house in the dark. Walls are thin, you can hear everything from the room next door. Window could not be closed, it was quite cold in the night.

Liked: Good toilet shower facilities. Great kitchen and common room. Fab backyard with picnic tables. Very quiet location
Disliked: Not as close to the water as perhaps could be, but then it'd be more expensive, lol
