Never stay here again!

Liked: Location to wedding . Kuerig coffee pot in room.
Disliked: Hotel was priced at 5 star rates and would not earn a 1 star in my opinion. Badly in need of remodeling. No one answered the phone when we were trying to let the hotel know we weren’t going to arrive until the next day due to flight delays. Had to get a member if wedding party to physically go let them know. Although advertising they are handicap friendly there were some steps to all the floors. The furniture was badly in need of dusting with dirt/dust in cracks, also around the baseboards. This hotel is way overpriced.

DISAPPOINTING

Disliked: Parking for the hotel was not available. You had to park in a lot that was over .06miles away. During the day they had a shuttle service but we parked at night 7:15... and there was no shuttle. I had to return to my car again after 9:00pm in the dark alone. It is NOT safe for women to be walking around in the dark that far away.They also advertised a jacuzzi and spa. We got our swimsuits on to go jacuzzi only to find that neither the pool or jacuzzi had water in it. NO ONE MENTIONED THAT.
