Very comfortable for a single...

Liked: Check in was smooth and easy. We also had a show that finished late in the evening, and the night receptionist was great when he let us back in - we just had to show our room keys at the door. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful, and checkout was smooth and easy.The room was very comfortable with a fantastic, comfy bed. It has air con which was good as it was a very muggy night when we stayed. USB ports at the bedsides are an instant win for me, with plenty of standard uk three prong plugs if needed. I really liked the coffee machine and appreciated the bottled water. The bathroom is a good size with a decent shower. Breakfast is £15 pp for all you can eat buffet, which was tasty with a good selection of cooked items and continental options. There were other items for an additional fee that could be ordered, but we didn't go for those.
Disliked: The lift to get to the rooms is quite small and cramped.

Fantastic value for money and...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and the sauna and cold plunge pool facilities are absolutely excellent!!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Staff and location - superb.
Disliked: Only down side was air conditioning. Although it wasn't hot outside (12-16C at night) the room was stifling and air conditioning wouldn't go below 19C.
