Great location, great value, very...
Liked: Very clean and modern, friendly staff, great location from Glasgow main shopping street and Central train station.
Disliked: Some of the rooms we booked despite paying for the same amount where slightly smaller than the other rooms.

Disappointing
Liked: Location is fantastic.
Disliked: I don’t usually write long reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience as it fell short of expectations for a property listed as 4 stars. While the room quality and amenities were fairly standard, the overall service and management left much to be desired.1. Breakfast communication – At check-in, we were not informed that breakfast service ends at 10am (not 11am as informed upon checkin), which meant we missed our meal on the day of checkout. Though the receptionist acknowledged the oversight and offered tea/coffee, losing the breakfast was frustrating.2. Housekeeping lapse – On the second day, after being out the entire day, we returned to find the room completely untouched: bed unmade, no cleaning, no water replenished. When raised with staff, we were told they did not service the room because clothes were left on the bed. This is not an acceptable reason for skipping housekeeping altogether.3. Amenities & facilities – A few details stood out as disappointing:No conditioner provided in the bathroom, which feels unusual for a hotel at this level.Sauna facilities were charged at £15 per person, despite being listed as included on Booking.com. This felt misleading. The kettle was awkwardly placed in the wardrobe without a nearby socket, making it impractical to use.Overall, our stay felt mismanaged and underwhelming, with multiple service gaps that don’t align with a 4-star rating or the price point (£150–200 per night). Based on our experience, this property would be more accurately rated as 3 stars at best.

Very good
Liked: The breakfast was included in the price, and it was fantastic. It was a buffet with all the ingredients for an English Breakfast, which I loved.
Disliked: Everything was great to be fair. I did not use the Bar or restaurant in the hotel, but they looked nice.
