Overall it was pretty good...

Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Everything about the room was great for the price we paid except the bathroom, it could’ve been cleaner and the window for the room was locked at a certain height so we couldn’t open it and that was horrible in the current heat

Liked: Very good location - convenient for Holborn and Covent Garden.
Disliked: Not very clean - stains on bedding. No support on the mattress. Pricey with no en-suite. Strange room set up - no wardbrobes but stacks of space? Two door entry system to the room and the light switches were through the first door -- no light switch in the room itself, so needed torch on phone to find way back to bed after turning off the light - very strange design indeed.

Disliked: It was a pretty bad experience. Really unclean and really did not meet any expectations. Was pretty dirty, pretty much no service.
