Liked: I want to formally report that the room I received was in extremely poor and unacceptable condition. It was worn out, unclean, and there were constant disturbing noises.The bed was dirty, with hair on it and a bad smell.The windows were old, could not be opened, and there was no ventilation.Access to the room was very difficult, through stairs and corridors like a maze.Even the internet signal does not reach the room, which made the stay even worse.These conditions caused me serious discomfort and ruined my experience.I therefore demand a refund of half of the amount paid as fair compensation for the unacceptable service.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything. If it hadn't been for the fact that there was only one bed, I would have thought the room was accommodation for trafficked workers. Broken light fightings, no real furniture other than an end table that looked like it had been picked up off the streets, and cheap shelf bracket on the wall with a couple of hangers for clothes...But worst of all, the bathroom. It was filthy and the shower was blocked, with the basin for it full of dirty water - absolutely unusable

Liked: The location was excellent, with a wide variety of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away, making it easy to find something delicious to eat at any time. The area was also well connected by public transport, so getting around the city was no trouble at all.Checking in was a breeze—the process was quick and straightforward. I also found the staff to be genuinely friendly, which made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Disliked: The twin room was noticeably small, which made it feel a bit cramped for two people.The en-suite bathroom was also quite compact and could have been cleaner; it left something to be desired in terms of hygiene.The water pressure from the sink was extremely low, making it difficult to use comfortably.We found the beds uncomfortable, with mattresses that felt too thin and lacked support.There was no TV remote provided, which made accessing the TV functions inconvenient.The stairs felt unstable and not entirely safe, which was concerning.
