Disliked: Hotel was very dirty and outdated, ripped carpets in a room

Liked: Outside the building looks good but inside is not good
Disliked: The room was mould , Carpet was dirty and it smells mad. There were Stains on the bedsheet and looks like it has not been changed after the previos person left. I got cold after sleeping there for a day .

Disliked: Bedding dirty, towels dirty the whole room wasn't clean

Liked: Excellent location and friendly staff. Stayed in a single bedroom which was really big, toilet and shower feet away and had a sink in bedroom which was a great addition. Bed and pillow was also comfy as well
Disliked: The room was very warm as it was 29 degrees outside.so that was my only issue, as window only opened partly and bi far or air con, but price reflected this

Liked: Excellent location to the west end
Disliked: Had to wait outside after 11pm for someone luckily to show up. The room we had did not have a toilet. Beds were squeaky springed and we could here “activity” from other rooms

Liked: Not alot except location
Disliked: Dirty, noisy, no facilities I.e.tea etc. Bateoom and toilet hadn't been cleaned on weeks. Room was falling apart.
