A noisy, sleepless, and frustrating...

Disliked: I checked in at this hotel on June 25th, and around 3 PM, the front desk girl on the right side was extremely rude and had no patience. She assigned me a room with loud mechanical noise that went on all night, making it impossible to sleep. After I reported the issue, she still refused to move me to a quiet room. I even checked three more rooms with a technician, and all had the same problem. This is absolutely not the level of service expected from a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing experience — I will not be returning. Not recommended.
