Very disappointing.

Liked: Nice area. Apart from that, nothing really.
Disliked: Room was dingy. A/C was set so you couldn’t adjust it. Lightning to dim. No breakfast offered as were out too early.

Adorable clean and well stocked...

Liked: The location and staff! The staff was friendly, extremely helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay perfect! They all responded quickly to texts if we needed anything from a grill to metal spatula to questions about a local hike. The location was beautiful and the river view was spectacular. Oh, and a 5 minute drive to town.
Disliked: Next time we will get a bigger cabin.

The location was lovely. But...

Liked: Location and views by the river were lovely. The heater worked well.
Disliked: We expected the cabin to be larger (photos gave a bigger impression). Amenities were basic, crockery and cutlery were average. There was no microwave. Everything was quite cramped. No Television. When the people in the adjoined cabin had a shower the noise of the cistern was quite noisy (especially if they had a shower at 6.00am)

Really good location with nice...

Liked: Excellent location, only a 5 minute drive from downtown Jasper. Staff were very nice and welcoming and gave lots of information about the lodge and things to do in jasper. Lovely views also and room was clean and a good size for 2 people
Disliked: We were staying in the lodge which is over the restaurant downstairs. It was quite loud as I think our room was over an extractor fan or fridge. As a result there was a constant buzzing noise in the room.
