Wonderful Hotel in a small...

Liked: We liked the attic family room! It's huge and a lot of space. It was clean and has a fridge and Coffee/Tea station. We got there late at night from a long drive and the self check-in tablet is very convenient.The location is only a 15-min drive to the speyer technic museum. Breakfast was also nice and the lady in the reception is very friendly! Free underground parking is a plus.
Disliked: The elevator was not working when we were there.

Lovely, quiet and comfortable sleep...

Liked: Breakfast was self service but really nice. Fresh Breads and lots to choose from.
Disliked: I liked everything about the hotel.

Disliked: Very poor ventilation in the room, very high CO2 level. (dangerous).

Disliked: I arrived on Sunday and the WiFi was inaccessible that day. There was no one from the staff present or any information about the WiFi at the reception desk or in the room. The mattress on the bed was good, the pillow too flat , no extra blanket or pillow available. The door to the bathroom was warped and did not close. Otherwise the room was spacious the bathroom renovated and clean. The breakfast good too. One big disadvantage of a very central location : the bell on the tower. It started to ring at 5 or 6am and it rang every 30min! Horrible. Not possible sleep through it.
