Liked: Staff and food great
Disliked: only 1 chair in a double room not good. And why ring me to see if I wanted a twin or double room and then not provide the one requested.

Stayed 1 night. Value for...
Liked: Most of the staff bent over backwards to be helpful, attentive and friendly. Nice, warm inviting from arrival. Bathroom and room was spacious and clean. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Clean, white fluffy towels. Clean bedding. Room was too warm but heating was adjustable. Great parking and could see our vehicle from our room window. Cancellation up to 4 nights before booking and no payment taken until then. Food was ok and they take Blue Light Card.
Disliked: Road traffic noise even with windows closed. (can't be helped). Asked to eat and waited to be allocated a table even though this huge area was mainly vacant all night long :( No soap in dispenser in our bathroom in dispenser near wash basin. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and hard.

Lovely hotel
Liked: Me and my boyfriend stayed over night here at this hotel, before we was due to travel to a log cabin close by. The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful and food was great! We even come back during the day from the log cabin stay to have lunch here. We had breakfast in the morning, which was cooked perfect. We definitely be coming back to stay again.
Disliked: Everything!

overall expensive for what it...
Liked: was the venue for a family funeral so was convenient - rooms quiet and comfrtable
Disliked: breakfast was not incldued so price was steep £130 for one night stay.Breakfast was a dissapintment- especially as we had to pay extra- ran out of juice, had to make won toast and coffee was sachets of instant coffee- despite them having a coffee machibe- this is just a money saving tactic but i would have prefered to pay a bit more and have a decent coffee. With breakfast it mad ethe stay £150 which is very steep consdiering the premmeir Inn was only 65 pounds and had bigger beds.
