Good place, clean and quiet

Liked: Great location. The room was very clean. Very quiet. The pool and gym were great and well maintained.
Disliked: Our bathroom was EXTREMELY outdated. Looked like the last update was in the 70s, blue tile that didn’t go with the rest of the room at all. Our shower head was broken, leading to uncomfortable water pressure and then a small lake on the floor from water spraying out. I expected an updated room, especially after paying for a suite.

Very good

Liked: The gentleman at check in was very friendly and helpful. The bed in my king suite was super comfy. I also enjoyed the balcony. Really good water pressure in the shower. Pool was a lil too cool but I expected that for this time of year.
Disliked: The floors in my room needed mopped. It turned our feet black. Whoever the lady was that I spoke with in regards to our reservation wasn't friendly at all...really rude honestly. And at checkout, the female was outside on her phone for at least 10 minutes, ignoring the fact that I came in and needed assistance.

Home a way from home

Liked: The staff were very friendly no matter the time we would pass them in the lobby hall etc...they always spoke eye contact with smile ...we kept extending our stay...lol they were very commentating with letting us stay in the same suite each time. We just felt at home... It was very hard for us to leave finally...
Disliked: There was nothing for us to dislike We loved all of it
