Syracuse Inn and Suites

Paid for two rooms unnecessarily...

Liked: I booked this reservation for Syracuse Inn and suites in Syracuse, New York for a friend Alphonso Benton. He arrived at the motel and the clerk did not have the reservation and he waited a while and called me. I started looking on my phone and saw that it was Syracuse NE. They had the reservation there. I called the Syracuse Inn and suites in Nebraska and explained what had happened to no avail. I spoke with the person in Syracuse, New York to no avail. I tried to reach your company to no avail to get it changed. When I made the booking all it had was Syracuse it didn’t differentiate between Nebraska or New York. It just said Syracuse. I had to pay for yet another room. My friend was very ill and could barely sit up and couldn’t wait any longer to find another place to stay so I took another room for him. I want to be reimbursed for this additional room.
