Disliked: The garden in closed. Breakfast is not available. Description and actual place do not match. Road extremely noisy. Yes, it is a budget hotel, but I have been in better hotels for the same price.

Great staff and location

Liked: This was my second time staying at Swinton hotel. The location is good, not too far from the King's Cross station and pretty good food options nearby. The staff are always very nice.
Disliked: The windows for the bathroom did not close fully so we had to take shower with the windows half open. Although the buildings are not too close, it's still facing some apartments, we felt a bit insecure. The wifi was weak - maybe because our room was on the 3rd floor since when i stayed last time, the wifi was ok.

Liked: Location wasn’t the problem
Disliked: That One night has caused so much discomfort. Bed bugs have made my week hell, bitten beyond belief. 1st time I’ve ever come across that in my life. It totally ruined my overseas trip that followed. Been the worst stay & week

Good value, great location

Liked: My second time staying here. Good value for the location. Room was clean. Staff are so kind. Will stay here again:-)
