Overall okay but over priced...

Liked: Location for motorway access and not far from town
Disliked: Other people staying slamming doors at 1am also the cat parking area now used at night by boy racers

Liked: Good location,comfy bed
Disliked: Staff seemed understaffed and the ones present not ready to help.ie could I have a knife and fork, hot food being on the table, had to request 2 members of staff and the second member of staff advised she would inform a 3rd member to get the cutlery when she had a minute....poor courtesy

Will stay again

Liked: I stay at this hotel once a year for work and I really recommend it. Very friendly restaurant staff, nice rooms with comfortable beds and good amount of pillows. Great parking, lots of spaces in the retail park. I like the online check out option and the QR ordering in the restaurant (you could also order at the bar)
Disliked: My only criticism is this was the second time there was no yogurt at breakfast. As someone who only eats yogurt for breakfast this made the continental option a bit pointless. It didn’t run out, they just didn’t have it and since it’s on the menu I find it odd that would happen more than once. Very minor issue to be fair
