Liked: The location was perfect close to everything important, and the room was nice and clean.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't like was the showers. When constructing the showers I don't think they thought it through much when putting the glass, they only have a half glass for the shower. The water pressure of the shower is so strong that the water starts to come out of the shower and by the time you finish showering there is a huge puddle of water in the shower area. I had to lay down towels and then ream out the towels full of water after every shower. For future i think they should just put a full glass to cover the whole entire shower area.

Disliked: Common areas need deep cleaned and freshened up. Paint that isn’t just slopped on, etc. The entry is unappealing

It served its purpose but...

Liked: Property was ok…disarray for a Scottsdale location
Disliked: The construction on the property…no warning whatsoever…should not have to walk through work areas…staff was not courteous, no eye contact, no “ Hello! How are you doing today?…”…nothing…no professionalism in acknowledging customers and in dress…front desk personnel should always be required to present themselves properly.
