Good value & comfortable stay

Liked: Clean, comfortable - bedroom cleaned every day of our stay.
Disliked: A bit “dated” re furniture but bed was comfortable & TV good size / quality.

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night for sleeping. the breakfast was sufficient and included some hot options. there was coffee maker in the room. I could say more but it, a nice convenient place to stay and I will be going back there soon.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like

Disliked: Worst experience. At 9am after arriving at 2:30am to room there’s banging out my door. Tall Hispanic asking about the toilet not functioning due to someone calling from my room. I never called. I left the privacy sign outside my door for the so called maintenance man who came at 9am to open my room door without permission and sign being outside my door. Luckily my latch from the top of door was secured and he was unable to come in. I open the door to see him walking away quickly from my door. I told him what the issue was and the housekeeper answered for him and said if the toilet was ok when I clearly made clear when he came at 9am. I called the main office and the manager mentioned he’d speak to him. That wasn’t enough for me so I went downstairs to speak to him and the manger Indian man said that the maintenance man wasn’t the one who opened the door it was the housekeeper. I laughed I saw this man walk from my door and the manager said I was lying. The manager goes off with telling me what do you want me to do? I said I don’t know I don’t feel comfortable and even more when your employee is lying. I asked him to bring him down to speak to the both of us. Manager said he would not do that and that I was looking for compensation. We shared words and had asked me to leave. I had my two kids and I didn’t feel safe more so knowing this man attempted to come in the second time unannounced opening my door with the do not disturb sign outside my door. It was the worse experience!! Do not recommend! These people don’t respect your privacy. My safety was my main concern. Did not feel safe after this encounter at that location and found a better place and paid more!!
