Disliked: I didn't like how there weren't any pool hours posted anywhere and yet couldn't swim when we wanted to because we were told it was closed. Also next day after throwing a fit about not being able to use said amenities we were able to use them and the pool was cold and all the furniture and ceilings were falling apart

Liked: The staff here are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful.
Disliked: My spouse wishes the pool would be open.

Liked: The staff was helpful with fixing my mistake I made with the booking and they were friendly while checking in and while checking out.
Disliked: The pool was down and the only ice machine I could find was on the first floor and we were on the second floor

Liked: They had a nice breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms were not clean when we moved into them. We had to change rooms because the first one had dark puddles in the fridge and smelled terrible. The second room the tub wouldn’t plug and I touched the metal thing inside the tub and it fell right off from the glue holding it on. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and the first time I seen a mouse in the breakfast area.
