SureStay Hotel by Best Western Beverly Hills West LA

The floors are very squeeky. If you have a first floor room, forget it. You may be up all night, and early in the morning. We got a smoking room because there was no way to ask for a non smoking room. It reeked! Luckily, they had one room available that was non-smoking. The worst parking structure in the history of mankind! I can't even imagine that it met any kind of code. Dangerous to your car's health, as was evident by all the paint on the concrete walls, and chipped concrete at the turn at the bottom....if you make it that far!

Disliked: Noisy floors. Smelly rooms. Parking.

Disliked: Sink in the main bedroom and not in the bathroom!Breakfast was basic at best and you needed to be quick to get a choice of yogurt as only a few pots in the fridge

Disliked: Needed painting. Breakfast room was unattended. Out of many items. Trash overflowing. Parking is terrible. Not their fault, but driveway to basement is nearly un-navigable. Very narrow. Lots of paint marks on corner
