Liked: The 2 gentleman we dealt with, 1 morning, 1 evening, were both very nice, polite and helpful. Besides that and the bed at least being clean, there is nothing great about it. It could be fixed and be a good hotel if they had a good cleaning crew.
Disliked: Everything that we didn't like had to do with whomever they have cleaning the place. We wiped everything down with our wipes and if I had a vacuum I'd have done that as well as the hallways. The bed was OK thankfully. Breakfast was OK as well.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: To begin with, the front desk clerk was nowhere to be seen. We and other arriving guests waited around 20 minutes for the clerk to appear. In the room, 1the phone did not work. It was not even connected to the wall. It had no cords. There was no WiFi. Drapes did not close to block light from outside parking lot lantern. Clesr drapes were falling apart, and so was the bed linen. At check-in, the clerk commented that they were booked, and since we were tired from a long trip, we just hIt the sack. In the morning, during checkout, I pointed out those issues to the front desk clerk. He replied rudely that I should've asked for another room. He then went on rattling that they couldn't have been booked when we arrived at around 7:30 pm. That was the ice on the cake! Never stopping there again.
