Disliked: The price is too high for a less than average room. It doesn't have an elevator and we always get a 2nd floor room, I asked several times for a 1st floor room and was told that it was full or they are keeping rooms for people with a handicap. Breakfast?

Liked: The staff here are very friendly, kind, polite and effective. This was my second time here and the cleanliness is wonderful. Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel, but the staff definitely do there very best and the hotel location is perfect for us.
Disliked: One negative - the remote did not have a backer on it to hold in the batteries...but even that was only a mild concern that was immediately taken care of at the front desk.
