Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted by unfriendly and rude staff. After check in, I found that the room A/C unit was unable to be regulated due to broken knobs. I requested help at the desk and was told no maintenance staff were on duty, I would have to move rooms if I was not satisfied. Don't know why someone could not have switched knobs for me - staff unwilling to help. When trying to take a shower or use the restroom, I found the water a dark brown color. This was in the sink, the toilet and the shower. Made me NOT want to use the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable, with a pillow that someone had let the air out of. Overall, staying at this hotel was a MAJOR mistake which I will NOT make again.

Liked: Room was clean, plenty of parking, easy access to the highway
Disliked: Room was smaller than I expected, the mattresses were quite firm, and the water pressure in the shower was kind of weak. The Free breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up stopping at a restaurant to eat. The options were all prepackaged High calorie/sugary processed food, with no nutritional value, no healthy options, no hot food or protein choices, and there was only one small banana.

Liked: Close to everytghing
Disliked: Not clean. I found multiple dead insects in the room. The room was dusty and looks like it’s not cleaned well. I found a hair in the bed, and one of my pillows had something black stuck on it. I felt disgusted the whole time.

For the price we paid...

Liked: The hotel was clean, the bed room we stayed in was clean. For what we paid it was ok, however it did have a weird smell to it.
Disliked: There wasn’t really a breakfast, and when we asked for the breakfast sandwich we were given attitude, seemed he did not want to give out frozen breakfast sandwiches.
