Disliked: The front desk person wasn't in there and we waited 30 minutes for check In. And the guy at the front desk didn't say hello when he came to the front desk and he was kind of rude.

Disliked: I was woken up at 4:00 am by gun shots and a couple arguing down the hall. The woman escaped and the man jumped out of a window from a 3 story building. The property manager refuses to give me a full refund. I will never stay there again and no else should either.

Liked: Closed to the soccer campus where we were.
Disliked: We couldn’t watch TV, there was no signal. We notified the front desk and they told us it was going to be fixed, it never did. In the morning it was hard to have breakfast because it was busy and the single front desk was trying to do everything. It kept running out of everything.

Disliked: The sheets stank and to much noise you can’t rest there

Liked: The property was clean
Disliked: I wanted to check in early and they said I could… but I needed to pay first. I was going to pay cash but still needed to go to the bank. They had my credit card on file. I’ve always used a card to secure the room and then paid when I checked out. Decided to go to lunch and come back. When we came back, there was a sign saying they would be back in 15 minutes, but we had no idea when it was put there. We waited for almost 30 minutes for someone to come check us in.
