Bad service terrible rooms that...

Liked: Breakfast was bad so few options
Disliked: Rooms had a smellCustomer service sucksLeft a day early no refund was offered

Good

Liked: The staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Good location.
Disliked: There are stairs to go to your room, whether first floor or second. The bathroom outlet didn't work

Very overpriced.

Liked: The tv, sort of. It was nice size, but could not use the remote to do the controls, had to get the clerk to set up the tv.
Disliked: Well, the tv. The shower drain was iffy, had to be in just the right position to drain the tub.

Liked: Staff were kind and hospitable. The beds in 104 were so comfortable!
Disliked: The cups and ice bucket stored in the bathroom. ( bathroom germs), Also the shower drain needs clearing. The mat in the shower floated around as the water rose while showering.Dirty caulking is a cringe.I am a clean freak though and have standards that others don't. Also, our room looked out onto the parking lots, so it would be nice to have a light filtering option on the window, ( when the blackout curtains are drawn).
