Liked: Jeanie at check in was welcoming and helpfulShe also pointed out that she had made fresh coffee and that there was hot tea available! A nice touch.
Disliked: I shared with the owner at checkout. The other thing is the room smelled stale, I just happen to have a can of febreze in my car, and sprayed it in the room and on the pillows and sheets and everything freshened up quite nicely.

Disliked: Left within an hour. No Internet, tv wouldn't work. When we ask about the issues staff said Internet down and that we didn't know how to work TV remote. I am asking for a refund. Should have been informed of these issues when checking in.
