This hotel really needs to...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: No towels, no toilet paper 1/8 roll,no tissues, no hot water, had to wait 20 minutes with both sink and shower running 20 minutes at 3:30 in the morning. Also when walking out of my room at 4:00 am I saw mice in the hallway.

Liked: DIDN'T CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW SYSTEM WAS DOWN.NOTEXT OR E MAIL CANCELLED RESERVATION.
Disliked: No notifying no space for my reservation. Cancelled had to fond another place.

Horrible!!

Disliked: Was sent to a room that was already occupied. Had to stand in the lobby for one hour, waiting for another room.

Will not stay there again.

Liked: Bed seemed fine and location is good.
Disliked: Noone at desk when we arrived and noone answered bell (need to go in search of housekeeper who need to call and leave message for desk person). Bathroom faucet would not turn off and noone came to fix. Wireless network went down and did not get fixed in prescribed time. Breakfast snacks were not available even at 7:30am, and no knapkins available. Placed seemed run down.

Disliked: The heater didn’t work for the two nights I stayed there. It was very cold. My request to have this fixed was ignored.

Liked: For Torrance , this place was terrible. A bunch of gang-members were staying on our floor yelling all night! The room floors were filthy , and sticky. Gross! No blankest! The towels were stained! Never staying at Super 8 again
