Liked the facility, price was...

Liked: Location was fine. Close to Harding University The breakfast was sparce, but the facility is under renovation so there was not many people staying there.
Disliked: An outlet near the desk to plug in the coffee pot or a computer. Had to plug the coffee pot on the bedside table to have an outlet.

Disliked: I understand they are remodeling but they have building material stacked everywhere inside and out. Dust was bad and we had cracks in our walls in our room. Carpets were dirty and there was a bathroom sink laying in the landscape by the front entrance. As bad as the motel was they asked for a $100.00 damage deposit. We had only one bath towel for 2 people and no coffee cups. The plug in in our room sparked when I plugged in my computer. We wont be staying there again.

Disliked: Front desk night guy was very rude and once there came up with extra fees for the room and he was a real pain the whole stay. I would never visit there hotel again... THE WorsT worst.
