Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk

No breakfast, but ok nice...

Liked: The room were newly renovated and nice size for 4 persons
Disliked: At booking.com the hotel advertise "breakfast included in price", but on arrival they say they dont have breakfast, but we can get coffee and a banana in the mornings. Even though they were at work at 24.00 the receptionists did not go out themselves and stopped a very noisy family from swimming at the pool waking everyone up (pool closed at 21.00). Only when we got out of bed and asked the receptionists to do something about it, they did.Located next to a busy road.

Price was way to high...

Disliked: A/C was not working, bed was terrible, no chairs to relax.

Liked: Great location, rooms were great, clean, family friendly, accessible to Santa Cruz boardwalk
Disliked: I was overcharged for the room 3 x by the office staff and when I tried to work it out I was met with hostility, I had already paid my accommodation through booking.com and was then charged 3 more times , the fees my bank account was charged were not reimbursed for their mistakes ( conversion fees for USD to AUD) huge inconvenience, all my spending money was taken out and I didn’t get it back til I flew home to Australia, not happy at all!
