Fine for a night

Liked: Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breaky was basic but fine. Location was easy to get to.
Disliked: There were some sketchy people staying in some of the rooms. One was full of a mans junk.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Location was on hotel circle
Disliked: Room was dirty. Still had someone toe nail clips on the night stand. No amenities. Parking was challenging.

Bad check in

Disliked: I did not say anything I was there because I could not afford the controversy. You sent me an online form to check in early. I gave you my drivers license picture my credit card all the information you asked about my car and I filled it all out and I got checks saying everything was good .When I got to the hotel, the person checking me in I told them I had finished an online check-in . His response to me was that was yesterday. This is today every time I had to give him the same information I did online it came to the credit card. I didn't understand why I needed to give a credit card again to somebody. He got very irritated with me for asking why I had to do this again when I had already done it and his answer was always this was today not yesterday. He got to the point that he told me he was going to cancel my reservation.I do not need someone who's checking me in to tell me they're gonna cancel my reservation. I am doing a very high-end show at the Town & Country hotel, which is across the way from you. I'm not the only person that stays at this hotel that does this show I am a vendor? I have paid lots of money to come from out of town to do the show and to tell me you're going to cancel my Reservation because I'm asking why I'm having to redo the same paperwork I had already done online. And he said this is unacceptable if I said one more word that he was definitely going to cancel me. I wasn't trying to cause a problem. I just didn't understand why you would send me a form and tell me I did it correctly and that form meant nothing special The credit card issue because if you charge me twice, you have my credit card and he has my credit card. I had already paid for this through booking.com. I understand needing a card for incidentals that's why I gave it to you.

Liked: Parking for my F350 is marginal at best. Plus, I was charged $10 parking fee (new). Because of that I won't stay there again.
Disliked: Parking fee and no place for a pickup to park.

It was poor.

Liked: I only liked that the front desk lady was nice and very attentive. It was also close by to a nice mall and hospital in case of an emergency.
Disliked: The hotel was very sketchy. I didn’t feel save especially since I was with my family. Some sketchy people would hang around the elevators. The hotel room was pretty dirty. The bed sheets had stains and the shower had hairs and black spots. Seemed like they didn’t clean it.
