Liked: The price
Disliked: The prostitutes and drug dealers in rooms next to me and my kids. When we went out to the car 10 to 15 people would go out and watch us.

It's a dangerous place to...

Liked: Air conditioner, parking in front of the room, quiet room at the end.
Disliked: The rude maid manager said I didn't pay but I did, online, the night before. I guess check-in isn't official until you sign the form about not having unregistered visitors. I didn't like the prostitutes and homeless hanging around. A prostitute was staying below my room, and had an 'Elm St' sign in the window. She had a lot of visits. I found homeless people hanging out or passed out on and near the stairs. The gate (car entry) was broken for the four days I stayed (maybe longer), so anyone could visit. Guests have to sign a form that we're not allowed to have unregistered visitors but it seems uninforced. The phones and tv don't work. There was a lot of arguing and the smell of meth and cigarettes. They have smoking rooms! Is this the 1980s?

Liked: This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel or motel in my life. There was fighting going on in front of our room 5 minutes after we checked in from addicts outside. We had to wave off a straggler to even get into our rooms when we initially arrived. We were told by security they would resolve the miscellaneous people in the area by our room but throughout the night many homeless people were allowed to congregate in the parking lot. Security said they had multiple properties to watch. We were also told we had a non smoking room but our room had a horrible smoke smell, and we had children with us. Our covers also had burn holes in them which is a clear indication of smoking, and possibly not getting clean sheets. We asked for a refund and to just leave due to all these things and were told by management “You booked the room you shoulda knew the area before you did.”
