Disliked: Rooms were dirty. A non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. comforters had cigarette marks on them. Just terrible and it was in a bad area. Had to suck it up and left early.

Disliked: Well I would never rent from them again I never got my deposit back from them I’m busy and they don’t have time to check what happened I can tell you what happened was they charged my card and didn’t return it

Liked: Nothing. I made a reservation for West Phoenix but the computer booked me in north Carolina instead. I tried calling but no one would help me change the reservation so I tried to pay cash for a room and was told the hotel was sold out. Then I tried to get it refunded back to my credit card I was told that the booking was no refundable isn't that special. So my girl friend and I spent the night in our car. You know what even after they review all of it as they usually catch their mistakes and rectofine the situation. But no not this one. They kept my $169.90 room cost. Still waiting on a call from your reservationist noting the mistake and happily giving us the money back on my credit card. No not in today's society not in the United States of America.
