I really wasn't very happy with this experience at all. The room wasn't very clean; the door didn't shut properly; something was leaking in the bathroom and even before all that, I was given the wrong room. I won't be going back there.

Disliked: Dirty room, dirty toliet, crumbs in bed sheets, had to change channels on tv manually, no trash bags AND kids climbing in lower room window as mother stood outside and watched. Paid for return ride from airport aWith approximate time & phone info. Upon return desk clerk wouldn't answer phone, several drivers of other agencies also tried calling hotel desk clerk same responses. No answer Initially upon check in we were going to book room ( that was b4 we even got to room to observe the conditions) and stay when we returned. Desk clerk told us we had to do online.

Liked: The proximity to the airport was nice for an early morning flight.
Disliked: The hotel is very run down. Almost every light in the room didn't work. The bathroom door was falling apart, and the handle was barely hanging on. The toilet didn't fill and flush properly. The worst part was the bed. It was worn out and had broken springs, so the center was sagging terribly. I did not get a good.nights rest. I do not recommend this hotel!

Do not stay there.

Liked: Nothing like the add. Noisy. The managers children were playing in the room next to us. It was after 10:00 pm before they Quieted down. Rooms Starting to run down. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Only cereal and waffles for breakfast.
Disliked: Needs some repair.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Our door handle kept falling off when we would go out of the door. Then our bathroom had cigarette burns on the tub and the whole floor smelled like cigarette and marijuana. We slept on top of the sheets because it did not feel clean in the room. When we left someone in the lobby said that we had a better chance of getting help if we called then ringing the bell. The young girl at the front desk was helpful even if the room was not so much .

Convenient for a flight arrival...

Disliked: No way to boil water to make tea.

Disliked: The room was dirty. There was something all over the sheets. No remote in the room for the TV. No coffee makers in the room. No real breakfast

It was bad, don’t stay...

Liked: Close to airport, nothing else!!!!
Disliked: It smelled like pot smoke; the staff took a long time to come to the desk; it was dirty; the sheets were dirty; the carpet was dirty; the breakfast was worse than poor; there were questionable people hanging around. We don’t want to stay another night, but can’t cancel without being charged. The phone number listed said it had been changed or disconnected when I tried to call!!
