Excellent value and the staff...

Liked: Was close to a bus stop to get downtown and from/to the airport. Room was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was very limited. Not much to eat that’s hot.

Liked: It had a good A/C and Heater. The TV worked.
Disliked: The dripping shower noise. The occasional flea bits. Had to empty our own trash bags. Run to get new towels. No room service at all. Was charged $50. for Pre- Room Damage?

Just what you would expect...

Liked: Hotel is in a great location with surrounding restaurants, outside of all the Nashville traffic, but super close to just drive in without having to pay the downtown Nashville cost. Hotel was not super noisy, considering it’s multiple floors and right next to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy. Convenient for what we needed.
Disliked: Room was not dirty by any means, but you can tell it’s very dated, and had some wear and tear throughout. Shower only had a cloth curtain and was so strong it pushed the curtain the entire time causing water to go everywhere, and you could tell this happened frequently based on the water damage in the bathroom. The faucet also had a continuous drip. We asked if the room would be cleaned at all during our stay, and it wasn’t, so the staff handed us additional towels and trash bags. Breakfast was very minimal.

Liked: Advertised as having indoor pool available. Arrived for check-in and there were signs on the door and counter that the pool is closed indefinitely. I Chose this loc specifically for the pool for my children.
Disliked: Pool unavailable but advertised as open.
